As my Major Project at UCA, I decided to design an application which is used to connect all kinds of gaming services – Steam, Xbox Live, Playstation Network, Mobile and Blizzard Real ID. The idea is to connect and invite to games; cross platform. There is also an app for smart phones, for chatting with friends on other platforms.

The theme for this site is a custom theme for WordPress, made by me and Mjelde IKT. I’ve done the design, HTML and CSS, and I got some help doing the PHP for the rest.

This was a uni assignment as well as client based. I created this logo for my boyfriend’s small business, Mjelde IKT, which is a ICT business. The thought of the icon was to use the information “i” and merge it with the M for Mjelde (see third image). This would turn out to be the initials of Mjelde IKT.

3 Areas, 3 Decades

The brief of this school assignment was to create three illustrations inspired by three different decades, but the illustrations had to be connected somehow. I decided to create porn magazine covers, inspired by the 30s, 50s and 60s.

I’ve been working entirely in Illustrator CS4, tracing authentic images from their respective decades.

Patch to Plate Concept Design

This is another school assignment where we were givene a brief, and the requirements was a logo, the concept and the design. Read the brief.
This is my direction, collecting cards for the children, which is to be given as a reward after looking after their keyhole gardens.

I have illustrated the characters, designed the cards and created the logo. All done in Illustrator.

For this assignment, we had to use photography to sell a product or a service. Also, a model had to be included in the picture someway. My “client” was Spreadshirt, and this is what I came up with.

Volvo Meeting Flyer

I was asked to make a flyer for a Volvo meeting that was held in September 2009.
Earlier, they had just been making flyers in word with word art etc., but now they wanted a real design.
They wanted something a’la Gatebil or Powerdrift.
This is what I came up with, and when the client saw it, he told me that I had “hit the nail on the head”.

This was out final project exams, and I made this web site together with my project partner, Frida.
We spent about 5 weeks on it and customized a WordPress theme.
Our client was my father who is a hobby photographer.

Here’s a logo me and my project partner, Frida, made for our final project for school.
It was made for a photographer’s website, and is inspired by the aperture in the camera and the letter “p”.
The client wanted the colors yellow and red for the site.

I decided to make a personal logo for myself. I set these criterias for it:
- Simple
- Strong
- Girly
- Wicked

I wanted an icon that could be used alone, and together with text.

This is a vector illustration I did for a web site we made for a fictional artist.
Frida Eye is my pop-rock artist that was featured on the website.

For this assignment, we actually only had to make a themed photo series with 8-10 images, but I also created the gallery for it. My theme was “exposure time” and I was playing around with light at night.

As an assignment for school, we had to enter a screen-printing competition.
The subject was “Norwegian nature” and we were to use 3 Pantone colours, and make an image in the dimensions 50cm x 70cm.

This was my contribute. I actually “won” between the contestants from our school, and my prize was 20 prints! After visiting the print shop and helping them print it, I actually came home with 56 prints…
